Bidding
How do I place a bid on a salvage ATV or UTV?
Register a free account, fund a refundable deposit, then bid on any active listing from your dashboard or the vehicle detail page.
Do I need a dealer license to bid?
No. Steve ATV Salvage Auction is open to the public — any registered buyer with a funded deposit can bid on repairable ATVs, UTVs, side-by-sides, dirt bikes, and golf carts.
What happens if I win?
Winning bids settle automatically against your account balance. Invoices, title paperwork, and pickup instructions post to your dashboard within one business day.
Deposits
How much do I need to deposit before bidding?
A minimum of $200 or 10% of the vehicle's current bid — whichever is greater. Higher-value lots may require a larger hold; this is disclosed on each listing.
Which payment methods are supported?
Zelle, Apple Pay, major credit cards, and cryptocurrency (BTC, ETH, USDT). Every deposit is verified by our support team before your balance updates.
Are unused deposits refundable?
Yes. Any unused balance is fully refundable within 5 business days of your written request emailed to contact@steveatvsalvageyard.com.
Titles
What kind of titles do these vehicles have?
Titles vary by lot — most are salvage or rebuilt, with occasional bill-of-sale or clean-title exceptions. The exact title type is disclosed at the top of every listing.
Can I register a salvage-title ATV in my state?
Registration and rebuild rules vary by state. We recommend confirming with your local DMV before bidding on salvage-titled powersports.
Inspection
Can I inspect a vehicle before bidding?
Yes. Every listing includes a full photo gallery, damage report, odometer, and location. Buyers can also request additional photos or schedule an in-person inspection at our Tifton, GA yard.
Are there any warranties?
No. All lots are sold as-is, where-is with no warranty expressed or implied. This is standard for salvage powersports auctions.
Transport
How is transport arranged?
We work with a nationwide vetted carrier network out of Tifton, GA. You can request a transport quote from any listing, or arrange your own pickup within 10 business days of winning.
How long does delivery take?
Most door-to-door deliveries land within 5–10 business days. Cross-country routes and rural drop-offs may take longer; you'll see an ETA before you book.
